Ian Crotty has been the Executive Chef on our vessels since 1997. Trained in Sydney, Ian worked at the exclusive Bennelong Restaurant - Sydney Opera House, for almost 10 years becoming Head Banquet Chef, catering to royalty. Ian was at the Sydney Convention Centre prior to joining us, where he has served culinary delights to Janet Jackson and the Brazilian Soccer Team. Ian will ensure the menu options and catering for your upcoming function will absolutely delight all of your guests. Ian is also happy to work with you and amend the menu's to suit your exact preferences.

Rod Junor, our Resident Magician, has mesmerised audiences around the world for more than three decades and has been delighting our guests since 1989. A consummate professional, Rod brings a laugh and a cheer from just about everyone. He has also appeared in countless variety shows and soap operas. Rod is the ideal entertainment option for your upcoming function or event and is sure to bring a smile to all your guests faces.

Nancy Sugijo is the Head Cruise Director of our vessels managing all aspects of the function program and cruise delivery. She has studied Hospitality at the William Blue School of Hotel Management in Sydney. She joined the team at Sydney Harbour Charters in 1993 and is an expert at ensuring functions and events run seamlessly.

James Taggart is the Technical Director on our vessels, a position he has held since 1993. James brings experience at the highest level of television production and has worked on acclaimed television shows such as 'A Country Practice' and 'Sons & Daughters'. He has also been a Director of Sound and Lighting aboard P & O Cruise Vessels and has his own video production and editing business. James can ensure all aspects of your functions audio visual and lighting needs are taken care of efficiently and professionally.
